Before you dive in, take note of a few things that will help you get the most out of this journey:

  • To tackle some potentially uncomfortable topics, leverage a sense of play to discover and unlock growth that motivates you!

  • Consider your role as The Great Experimenter, trying something for the purposes of learning first and foremost.

  • Emotions drive behavior. To uncover HOW you work, we’ll explore the feelings underneath WHY you do what you do.

  • Get curious.

  • Get real.

Informal, unspoken agreements can drive our culture in a number of directions. These agreements operate much like subconscious beliefs in the human brain. Once named and understood, we have the agency to accept, reject or challenge whether these beliefs are serving us. To uncover these, sketch out where the authority, influence and power lies.
