Reimagining Employee Performance at a Multinational Rideshare Company
A multinational rideshare company looked to us to help them reimagine their performance evaluation and compensation process for 22,000 employees around the world. To gain a better understanding of their experience, the team traveled around the globe getting multicultural perspectives. We followed this up with in-depth synthesis, ideation, and prototype testing to create a solution where employees are able to design and own the style of feedback that suits them best.
Increasing Electric Vehicle Use with a Large Electricity Provider
A federally owned economic development and electricity corporation needed help increasing electric vehicle (EV) adoption across the Tennessee Valley. After leading a team of subject matter experts through a design process to identify beliefs and assumptions consumers, businesses, and dealerships have about EVs, we helped them launch three prototypes into pilot programs within six months.
Improving the Lives of Family Caregivers at a Social Welfare Organization
A social welfare organization providing caregivers with resources to navigate complex issues like medication adherence, fall prevention, and social isolation bring us in each year to help them uncover new insights and opportunities to serve their nearly 38 million member network. As facilitators and instigators, we help them craft meaningful human-centered perspectives they can take in-house for development and implementation.
